Starting June 1, 2021, we will be open between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm Mondays to Fridays, and 10 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. Please feel free to give us a call if you'd like to schedule an appointment outside of our regular hours and we can try to accommodate you.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Clients who cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to their set appointment will automatically be charged a $50 courtesy fee, the cost of the service provider's time.
Please understand that last minute cancellations rarely allow our providers the opportunity to fill that missed appointment time. Clients who have pre-paid for their service, will forfeit the service they no-showed or canceled at the last minute.
We will try our best to accommodate clients who arrive 15-20 minutes late if we are given notice but we cannot guarantee to provide the full time of treatment.
We are located on the corner of 7th Ave. S. (across the street from KeyBank and Wells Fargo Bank) leading down to Des Moines Beach Park.
Please note that we charge 3.5% per every electronic card transaction- the amount that we, as a small business get charged by our point of sale system. We also run cashless system as all transactions are automatically put in order by our payroll software. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
We have a 16 space parking lot in the front parking lot and along the sides of the building.
